Please refer to our shipping guidelines. As we are a dual company with warehouses in the UK and in Tunisia, shipping times vary.

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your order, we offer a 14 day refund policy as noted above. Please contact us in the first instance to discuss your concerns. We are happy to offer a re-placement, should there be a fault from our side. We will not be responsible however, for orders that have been placed incorrectly by yourself.
