All our products listed on our website are hand-made, quality checked and approved before dispatched. Fairytale Favours strive to provide customer satisfaction and should you be unhappy with your order, please contact us and we will be happy to discuss and issue a replacement or refund if necessary.
Please be aware that should you wish to return your order, you have 14 days with which to contact us and to return the goods for a refund. We have a 14 day refund policy from date of receipt.
Fairytale Favours constantly up-dates their products with the trends, should there be something in particular you require, not shown on our website feel free to contact us and we will be more than happy to try and accomodate your order.

No you are welcome to order as much or as little of the items on our website as you require.

If you require your order urgently, please contact us to discuss a next day delivery option. Fees will apply and we will quote the additional shipping costs.

What if I am unhappy with my order?
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your order, we offer a 14 day refund policy as noted above. Please contact us in the first instance to discuss your concerns. We are happy to offer a re-placement, should there be a fault from our side. We will not be responsible however, for orders that have been placed incorrectly by yourself. Please make sure you are ordering the correct items by checking your basket at the check-out stage.
I am not sure how many guests are attending my event?
If you are unsure, it is always better to order more than less. If you are concerned with the amount to order, feel free to contact us to discuss.

When will my order be delivered?
The dispatch time for a product can be found on each individual product page. Please refer to this for an accurate dispatch time which can be between 2 to 10 working days to the UK and 6 to 21 working days depending on the product(s) ordered. Personalised orders can however take up to six (6) weeks so please check the product description before placing an order. Please note it is the customer's responsibility to check the dispatch time, prior to placing an order. Whilst every effort shall be made to keep any delivery dates quoted, the time of delivery shall not be of the essence and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or a third party arising out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date.
Please note where multiple products are ordered with differing dispatch times, your complete order will be dispatched when all products become available, i.e. the latest dispatch time advised. If you would like your ordered products to be sent out separately please contact us here. Please note additional delivery costs will apply. If you require a rush order and wish to check stock levels before you order, please contact us.
The specified dispatch time indicates the time needed to process and dispatch your order from our warehouse. Please note that this lead time does not include delivery transit time which is usually 1 – 3 days within mainland st1:country-region>UK. We cannot guarantee any delivery date due to any delays that are out of our control, please take into considering weather conditions and UK holiday dates.

What delivery method do you use?
All orders are delivered by either (UK) Royal Mail 1st Class or (International) Royal Mail Airmail Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm depending on size/weight. There may be times whereby a signature is required and therefore please make the necessary arrangements for your order to be delivered correctly. We will not be held responsible for orders that are not collected or signed for if required.
If you have missed delivery the courier will leave a Delivery Attempt card with further instructions on collection or re-delivery. Please call the courier number on the card as soon as possible as orders will be sent back to us automatically within 5 days with Royal Mail. After this time, your order will be sent back to us and a re-delivery charge will apply.
We are happy to ship worldwide. Please email us before placing an order to confirm the shipping charge for your order. Shipping charges calculated at the checkout apply to the UK Mainland or International . Please note shipping fees will apply based on the weight of your order. Please email us for a accurate shipping quote before placing an order . If you have not contacted us prior to ordering or prior to dispatch of your order for a shipping quote, your order will be processed and dispatched as normal and the shipping charge will be automatically charged to your payment .
